Returns & Exchanges

At Wholesale Body Jewellery, we prioritize hygiene and customer safety, allowing returns on faulty items or unopened, tamper-evident sealed products within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original vacuum-sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Verify that your items are unused and still inside their original, heat-sealed hygiene pouches, as opened body jewellery cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.

  Contact Support

  Email our returns department with your order number and a brief explanation of the return to receive your Return Authorization Number (RAN).

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the items securely in a padded envelope or box along with your RAN and original invoice to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Dispatch and Refund

  Ship the package using a tracked service; once received and inspected by our quality control team, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
