What is the minimum order value for wholesale accounts?
To maintain our competitive wholesale pricing, we require a minimum opening order of $100. Subsequent reorders must meet a $50 minimum threshold.
What materials are used in your body jewellery?
We prioritize safety and quality, offering products crafted from 316L Surgical Steel, G23 Titanium, 14K Gold, and high-quality organics like wood and stone.
How long does shipping take for bulk orders?
Standard processing takes 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically arrives within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Do you provide sterilization certificates?
Yes, we can provide material mill certificates and sterilization records upon request for our professional-grade titanium and steel piercing ranges.
What is your return policy for defective items?
Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on worn jewellery. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full replacement or credit.
Are your products nickel-free?
Our Titanium and 14K Gold collections are nickel-free and biocompatible. While 316L Surgical Steel contains trace amounts of nickel, it is refined to meet EU Nickel Directive standards.
